I've never seen a single instance of a "Quality Policy", or lack thereof, have any impact on the QMS at all. | In my experience, the vast majority of managers establish "Quality Objectives" without any understanding of what their [[:downloads#unilateral_cp-cpk_calculator|process capabilities]] are. Consequently, the majority of "Quality Objectives" that I've seen over the years could be described as "delusional" because they were established based on "perception" rather than appropriate data. |
